Event Prep

Mood Sentry's Event Prep tool allows the user to record a previous event and what happened, techniques to use for an upcoming similar event, and then record what actually happened at the upcoming event.I use the Event Prep tool to capture past events and the thoughts associated with those events, identify how I would like future events to go, and finally what happened during the next event.  The best thing about this tool is that it lets me plan for future, similar events.  I do not simply record what happened and how I would like things to go and what actually happened and call it a day.  I continue to update all three fields over time as I recall new details and gain a better understanding of what’s really going on with my thoughts during these events.  The Overview and Example are intended to provide guidance as to how I use this tool.
