Event Record

Mood Sentry's Event Record tool lets the user record an event and the associated distorted thoughts and then record potential mitigation thoughts that can be used in the future for similar events.I use the Event Record tool to capture events and the thoughts associated with those events.  The best thing about this tool is that it lets me capture mitigation ideas in preparation for future, similar events.  I do not simply record what happened and some mitigation ideas and call it a day.  I continue to update the event and the mitigation ideas over time as I recall new details and gains a better understanding of what mitigation techniques work.  The Overview and Example are intended to provide guidance as to how I use this tool.
