Barriers+Breakthroughs

Mood Sentry's Barriers and Breakthroughs tool lets the user document thoughts that act as barriers to feeling good and counter thoughts to breakthrough those barriers.I use the Barriers + Breakthroughs tool to capture thoughts the act as a barrier to action or feeling good.  The best thing about this tool is that it lets me capture breakthrough thoughts in preparation for future, similar situations.  I do not simply record the barrier and breakthrough thoughts and call it a day.  I continue to update the both fields over time as I recall new details and gains a better understanding of what breakthrough techniques work.  The Overview and Example are intended to provide guidance as to how I use this tool.
